DIY Free Terrariums. The cheapest (or just $.25 at thrift store) terrarium ever - free! My mom made one using moss from outside her steps, and other plants outside like mentioned in the tutorial. She also added a plastic toy dinosaurs and it truly looked like a scene out of Jurassic Park. Tutorial from Small Garden Love here.

Here are a couple of ideas for repurposing wooden alphabet blocks:

• Stack blocks on tables or attach them to walls to display photos or other small items. (via Pinterest)

• Attach screws to wood blocks to make drawer pulls. (Idea and photo below via Repurposed playground.)
